Brussels, Belgium

The Hungarian Association of Condominiums and Auditors (TSZOE – Társasházak és Számvizsgálók Országos Egyesülete) officially joined the International Union of Property Owners (UIPI) on 1 January 2025. This new membership enhances UIPI’s representation of condominium owners and reinforces its presence in Central and Eastern Europe.

Based in Budapest, TSZOE represents responsible Hungarian condominium owners who ensure financial transparency and accountability in the management of shared residential buildings. The association supports its members through education, training, and advocacy to promote better governance and foster responsible ownership.

Kai Warnecke, President of UIPI, welcomed TSZOE’s membership:

“We are pleased to have TSZOE join the UIPI network. Their expertise in condominium governance and transparency complements our mission to represent property owners across Europe. Our shared goal is to professionalise the sector and provide a strong, unified voice that reflects the realities and challenges faced by property owners across Europe.”

Dr. Balázs Károly Kiss, President of TSZOE stated:

“It is an honour and an extraordinary responsibility for us to represent the interests of Hungarian condominiums and condominium homeowners in Europe in the future as the only Hungarian civil organization that is a member of UIPI. We have great hopes regarding future cooperation and work with UIPI.”
