UIPI Property Day comes to Amsterdam
UIPI is organising a Property Day in Amsterdam (the Netherlands) together with Vereniging Eigen Huis on 31 May 2024. The day will revolve around pressing matters for property owners such as climate adaptation, disaster risk management, and the role of insurance in addressing these challenges.
Climate adaptation is becoming increasingly important for property owners to protect their homes and assets. In the Netherlands, where the risk of flooding is particularly high, this issue is especially relevant.
The UIPI Property Day Amsterdam 2024 will explore the crucial topic of climate adaptation. Experts will share insights on the latest strategies in climate adaptation, disaster risk management, and the role of insurance in addressing these challenges.
In the afternoon, attendees will visit Schoonschip, one of the first sustainable and floating cities, to see innovative solutions for sustainable living in action. This visit will be followed by a discussion on how property owners can create more resilient buildings and contribute to making our cities more sustainable and future-proof.
Please note, this event is by invitation only and not open for public registration. The afternoon session is organized within the framework of the CRAFT EU funded project, which focuses on collaborative solutions for resilient and sustainable cities. The event is hosted by Vereniging Eigen Huis.
