Save the Homes

Save the Homes boosts the annual building renovation rate by simplifying the journey for individual homeowners.

The project focuses on the “Citizen Hub” one-stop shop concept. Through a co-creative process with stakeholders, the hubs provide a single point of contact to guide owners through the complex technical, administrative, and financial stages of a renovation project.

The value for property owners

Save the Homes offers property owners a streamlined renovation experience by centralising all necessary services into physical and virtual local hubs.

UIPI’s contribution

UIPI provides expertise on the private housing market, financial constraints and regulatory hurdles, ensuring that the project remains aligned with the real-world concerns and interests of property owners. We act as a technical advisor to ensure that the “Citizen Hubs” are accessible and practical for non-professional landlords and homeowners.
