Recognising that property owners are key actors in achieving EU energy goals, the project focused on providing accessible, tailored training that translated complex European directives into practical knowledge for managing real estate in a modern economy.

The value for property owners

EduHome empowers property owners by providing them with the essential tools and information needed to navigate a changing regulatory landscape. The project offers a comprehensive guide covering critical topics such as real estate development, taxation, building regulations, and managing tenant relationships. A significant focus is placed on energy efficiency, showing owners how modernising their buildings could lead to tangible benefits: lower energy bills, increased property value, and improved indoor comfort.

UIPI’s contribution

UIPI provided the European perspective for the project, ensuring that local property owners understood how EU-level policies directly impacted their national contexts. By analysing European directives on building stock and providing country-specific recommendations, UIPI helps bridge the gap between high-level EU legislation and the everyday needs of property owners.
