We promote property rights and workable co-ownership frameworks, while addressing the intergenerational and territorial challenges of the modern housing stock.
Our work aims toensure that property owners are recognised as essential partners in delivering housing solutions that remain socially fair and legally secure, whether in dynamic urban centers, student hubs, or rural communities.
We advocate for a balanced rental market and the protection of ownership against illegal occupation and vacancy, ensuring property remains a viable and protected asset for all generations.
