UIPI contributes to EU energy policy to ensure that the transition to decarbonation and building performance improvementsremain realistic, affordable and technically feasible for property owners.
As a constructive partner in the EU building stock renovation efforts, we advocate for integrated solutions that bridge the gap between high-level efficiency mandates and the operational reality of the built environment.
We promote practical and scalable solutions both for improving efficiency and reducing emission in buildings as well as in the energy sector,including energy communities, collective self-consumption, and smart infrastructure, supported by accessible tools like One-Stop Shops for building renovation and tailored renovation solutions.
