On 4 September 2026, the HERMES project will host the Peer-to-Peer Learning Event “Building Effective One-Stop Shops for Residential Renovation in Greece”, bringing together policymakers, local authorities, property owner representatives and European experts to exchange knowledge and discuss how One-Stop Shops (OSS) can better support residential renovation.
The event will provide a platform to explore the Greek renovation landscape while learning from successful European experiences in the design and implementation of One-Stop Shops. Through presentations and peer-to-peer discussions, participants will identify practical lessons, exchange good practices and discuss how effective OSS models can respond to the needs of homeowners and property owners.
As part of the programme, UIPI will present the main findings of its European Renovation Survey, highlighting property owners’ renovation behaviours, challenges and expectations regarding renovation support services. The session will also feature POMIDA, providing the perspective of Greek property owners and their expectations for future renovation support.
The event will also include contributions from representatives of the Greek Ministry of Environment & Energy, the HERMES pilot municipalities of Athens, Trikala and Kalamata, and a peer-to-peer discussion with representatives from RENPOWER, CONDORENO, OneClickReno, Inspire US and EU Peers, who will share practical experiences and recommendations drawn from their own One-Stop Shop initiatives.
The event is open to national, regional and local authorities, municipalities, property owner organisations, real estate professionals, architects, engineers, construction companies, financial institutions and all stakeholders interested in accelerating residential renovation through integrated support services.
