Based in Brussels, the UIPI Secretariat is the executive body of the organisation.
It is in charge of public affairs, policy research, communication activities and administrative work of the association.

With more than 20 years of experience in EU public affairs, she has worked at the European Parliament, the Île-de-France Regional Representation in Brussels, a major European umbrella association, and as a researcher in EU policy at the Austrian Institute for Advanced Studies (IHS). She has also led numerous EU-funded projects, particularly in the fields of building renovation, energy efficiency, and sustainability.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EShe graduated from Sciences Po Toulouse in Public Administration, holds a Law degree from the University of Toulouse, and a Master\u0026#8217;s in EU Affairs from Aalborg University, Denmark. Energy and environment have been at the core of her work, particularly through her advisory role on ITRE and ENVI policy files.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003ENataša holds two Master\u0026#8217;s degrees in Multilingual Communication (specialising in international relations and human resources) from ULB Brussels, and a Bachelor\u0026#8217;s in English and Spanish from the University of Geneva. There he worked in projects for both public and private real estate companies, focusing on enhancing sustainable and inclusive urban environments.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EJonas holds a master\u0026#8217;s degree in Sustainable Urban Planning and Design from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, where he specialised in urban and regional planning.
