Members
Our Network
The UIPI is the pan-European umbrella organisation representing 29 national and regional associations across 25 countries.
Our membership represents the full spectrum of private property ownership in Europe, encompassing owner-occupiers, co-owners, and small-scale landlords, alongside cooperative housing companies and, in some instances, investors within the private rented and commercial sectors. Through our member associations, we represent the individuals and entities who own, manage, and invest in the buildings where Europeans live, work, and do business.
While primarily active in the residential sector, many of our members also operate within the commercial market. These national associations provide direct services, advice and expertise to their members and advocate for their interests before local, regional and national authorities.
HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER
UIPI’s membership is specifically designed for national and regional associations that support homeowners, co-owners, housing cooperatives, and private landlords.
Depending on national structures, our network also includes associations with a broader membership base, representing larger real estate companies in both the residential and non-residential sectors, as well as (non-professional) property managers. If your organisation fits these criteria, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for more information.
Furthermore, do not hesitate to contact us for advice or to discuss potential collaboration. While UIPI does not represent individual owners or companies directly, we are always open to discussing strategic partnerships with entities that align with our mission and objectives.
