31 national associations in 28 European countries

UIPI’s member associations are not-for-profit organisations representing the interests of property owners in 28 European countries.

Some UIPI national members are organisations of exclusively private individual landlords or merely owner-occupiers. Others represent both landlords and owner-occupiers. Most of their individual members are active in the residential sector, but also, to a lesser extent, in the commercial sector.

A large majority of them provide legal advice and services to their individual members. Many of these organisations also seek to represent and voice the interests of their members by making their collective voice heard by local, regional and central Governments.
