UIPI regularly follows the developments of several policies and legislative dossiers which pertain to the completion of the European internal market. In particular, our Secretariat works on topics such as financial affairs (i.a. mortgage directive), consumer protection (Ecodesign and ecolabel) and competition. We aim at a European single market which is efficient and fair, with a level playing field among all economic actors.
